How to Use Digital Edition Windows Pc Games

I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.

From the play anywhere homepage faq:
When you buy an Xbox Play Anywhere digital game through the Xbox Store or the Windows Store, it's yours to play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC at no additional cost. To take advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere, you will need to have installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition update on your PC, as well as the latest update on your Xbox One console. Then, simply log into your Xbox Live/Microsoft account and your Xbox Play Anywhere games will be available to download. On your Xbox One, games will show as "Ready to Install" under "My Games and Apps". On your Windows 10 PC, games will appear in "My Library".

My Xbox and PC are up to date with the latest updates. After updating the game I originally wanted to play has disappeared out of My Library on my PC, but still shows on my console. This and Halo: The Master Chief Collection Digital Bundle are games I own on Xbox digitally and want to play on my PC. For Halo all I see are options to click manage to install it on my console.

Sea of Thieves doesn't show up at all despite being on my xbox sea below I have it sorted alphebetically but it's not showing in the microsoft store on my PC:

Sign out of Xbox app, sign out of the store, log back into the store than into the app. Try again.
